Under the general direction of the Deputy Division Chief of Local Project Management, the Incumbent is responsible for developing, leading, and managing the Division’s Quality Management System, Process Reviews, and the Risk-Based Stewardship and Oversight Program. Serves as lead for the Quality Management System charged with the development and implementation of policy, standards and guidance for quality management and risk management. The incumbent will mostly work independently with minor guidance from management in the development of the three programs. The incumbent will interact with Division Management, internal and external stakeholders as the Subject Matter Expert. The incumbent will develop presentations and report on progress and improvements to a variety of audiences.
