The Delaware Department of Transportation is looking for a highly skilled real property appraiser who can administer entire programs including relevant but not limited to the preparation of appraisals, review appraisals, completion of contract appraisal services and related activities with a Federal Aid program for state highway purposes. This is person will act as a Right-of-Way Agent on behalf of the Department of Transportation.
Individual must have a Certified Residential or Certified General Real Property Appraiser professional licensure.
