Washington State Freight Mobility Strategic Investment Board (FMSIB) is currently seeking a highly motivated, skilled professional to serve as the confidential Executive Assistant to the executive director, staff, and board members. This position will perform various administrative tasks, make decisions supporting critical daily functions of the agency, and act on administrative issues at the direction of the executive staff. In the absence of the executive staff, the Executive Assistant may be delegated to represent the agency in interagency meetings. This position directly impacts the executive staff’s ability to manage and coordinate activities that accomplish the agency’s mission, objectives, and goals. Our top candidate must operate at the highest level of independence and requires an equally high level of judgement, ethical and professional behavior, and achievement of performance goals.
