Develop and lead the prioritization and selection processes for multimodal corridor plans on state highways, developing guidance for how the agency will integrate corridor planning objectives. Coordinate the corridor planning processes, reviewing proposals for consistency with guidance and providing planning expertise and analysis. Organize stakeholder involvement, coordinating the agency’s cooperative planning activities in this full-time, St. Paul position. Local telework options are considered.

Three years of advanced professional transportation planning experience that demonstrates the following:
Experience leading planning studies, planning projects, or complex planning processes of a wide magnitude.
Experience analyzing and interpreting state and federal laws, regulations, and policies to determine impact to planning activities and recommend solutions.
Experience leading stakeholder engagement activities.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in planning, geography, urban studies, sociology, policy, political science, or public administration may substitute for six months of advanced professional transportation planning experience.
