We are seeking a skilled Real Property Appraiser to perform property appraisals and manage acquisition activities in compliance with USPAP standards. This position involves appraising a wide range of property types—including residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial—and participating in land management functions such as direct purchase, relocation, property management, and condemnation support.
This position will travel approximately 50% of the time, with some in-state overnight stays possible.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Certified General Real Property Appraiser license issued by the Minnesota Department of Commerce AND three years of professional appraisal experience that demonstrates the following:
- Experience appraising single and multi-family residential, industrial, commercial, and agricultural properties as well as experience applying Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice USPAP real estate appraisal requirements and,
- Experience applying State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies affecting real estate, land acquisition, and disposition, and,
- Experience facilitating effective interaction between diverse groups.
