Salary Range: $10,569 – $16,363/ month
The role:
Apply today to lead the Support Services Division as our chief administrative officer! In this executive role, you will set strategic direction, shape division policy, and ensure the right resources and infrastructure are in place to support our agency’s mission. The division includes our Facilities Branch, Human Resources Branch, Information Systems Branch, Procurement Office, Office of Employee Safety, and Data Solutions Office. This role plays a key part in building a fiscally sound, innovative division and fostering strong collaboration across our agency, other agencies and jurisdictions.

Minimum qualifications:
Seven years of management experience in business operations;
OR
Four years of management experience in business operations and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing and leading organizations, including budgeting and personnel management.
- Experience working in or with government agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to listen to and work with internal and external partners and customers to solve problems.
- Demonstrated understanding of key administrative functions including procurement, human resources, and information systems.
