Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a senior manager to serve as the Assistant Director for Technology Services Division (ADT SD). In this role, you will be responsible for the technology activities and decisions that support the business mission of the division. This position reports to the Director of the TSD and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Assistant Secretary of Washington State Ferries. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction and guidance of the WSDOT CIO & Director of the Technology Services Division. This position is responsible for strategic technology planning activities related to Washington State Ferries (WSF) including the development of formal and informal service-level agreements, budgeting, and participating in the technical review, change management, and standards development activities of the TSD. The successful candidate will serve as one of six AD assigned to the WSDOT TSD. Each AD is assigned to a specific role and service area within TSD but must work collaboratively as part of the TSD executive leadership team to ensure enterprise services levels and support across all agency lines of business. The focus of the TSD Ferries AD position is to provide strategic and operational oversight on technology services that the division provides to the Washington State Ferries (WSF) business unit within WSDOT.
