Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Olympic Region Real Estate Services (OR RES) Office is currently seeking an experienced Property & Acquisition Specialist 5 in Lacey, WA. This position serves as the Title and Acquisition Lead for fish passage projects and oversees, prepares, and reviews the acquisition closing and escrow process in accordance with industry standards, federal regulations, state law, and WSDOT policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for fish passage project delivery in collaboration with the Acquisition and Relocation Supervisor and coordinate the Region staff and consultants to complete acquisition activities of real property. This position will be responsible for providing status updates on acquisition activities to project engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders for fish passage therefore, our top candidate must have exceptional communication skills.
