WSDOT is currently seeking a Workforce Development Lead to manage the Workforce Development and Training for WSF Deck Department. This position is responsible for all aspects of training and employee development including, identifying needs or requirements, developing a fiscal training plan and budget, and maintaining records for and coordinating all training activities for an average of 800 Deck employees.
