Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an experienced IT Field Services Supervisor to join our team at Washington State Ferries (WSF). This senior-level position is integral to our IT operations, focusing on the oversight of complex hardware system integrations and providing leadership to our IT staff. As an IT Field Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining critical IT initiatives that support WSF’s vital systems, including the Maritime Access Surveillance Control System (MASC), ADA Visual Messaging/Paging System, Electronic Fare System (EFS), Enterprise Asset Management system (EAM), and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless IT and OT integration within a marine environment. Your role will also involve playing a crucial part in enhancing safety and security through tier-3 infrastructure support.
