Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an engineering professional to serve as the Special Projects Engineer within the Eastern Region, located in Spokane, WA. This position will assist the maintenance leadership team by providing technical engineering services, developing, and writing agreements with WSDOT partners to address roles and responsibilities of the maintenance and preservation of state highway infrastructure, and serve on the region’s Complete Streets Team. The Special Projects Engineer will play a vital role in WSDOT’s successful delivery of WSDOT projects, maintaining public confidence and helping the public travel safely.
