Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking multiple Transportation Engineer 2s to support the successful delivery and administration of highway construction projects. In these roles, you will ensure that contractor work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, standards, and requirements. TE2s play a vital role in verifying compliance with agency and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) policies and procedures, helping safeguard quality, safety, and accountability throughout construction. By providing inspection, documentation, and technical support, these positions directly contribute to WSDOT’s mission to keep people and goods moving safely and efficiently.
