Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join the Southwest Region Maintenance Crew in Vancouver, WA. The Highway Maintenance Worker 3 will need to be able to hit the ground running and lead an experienced team of Maintenance professionals responsible for performing a variety of daily activities such as heavy equipment operations, providing roadway maintenance for sub-sections of highways, and performing snow and ice removal functions. In this role, you will operate a wide variety of highway equipment and tools to maintain and repair highways and highway structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for displaying a strong ability to work under pressure in demanding conditions, ensuring timely completion of required documents, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
