Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Highway Maintenance Worker 2 to support traffic control and roadway maintenance operations across the South-Central Region. In this role, you will work as part of a crew to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians while contributing to project workflow and crew coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to proper traffic control practices and demonstrating situational awareness. By supporting hands-on maintenance tasks and work zone safety, this role directly contributes to WSDOT’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and uninterrupted transportation throughout Washington State.
