Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an Electrical and Electronic Systems Specialist 3 to join Olympic Region’s (OR) Facilities organization. Under the direction of the Maintenance Specialist 4, this role is designated as a lead position and is considered the Subject Matter Expert (SME) performing, leading and directing diagnosis, maintenance, installation, repair, and testing of technical monitoring and control systems. They will ensure the HVAC including electrical and electronic systems for OR facilities are operating properly, as well as coordinate work and equipment needs with other leads. Public safety and safety of fellow employees as a critical priority and must be considered in every decision and activity affecting OR facilities.
