WSDOT South Central Region (SCR) is seeking several motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support WSDOTs mission by delivering safe, cost-effective, and practical transportation solutions. These positions work both independently and collaboratively to develop plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for roadway projects in compliance with state standards and design policies, while coordinating with technicians, interns, consultants, and specialty groups to produce accurate, computer-aided design deliverables. In these roles, you will prepare quantities and cost estimates, draft special provisions, manage schedules, review work for quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. Our top candidates will bring strong technical roadway design knowledge, proficiency with engineering design software, and the ability to communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
